Before any cleaning begins, we ensure that we are equipped and informed. This is through comrehensive:

  • Site Inspection: Walk through the premises to identify high-traffic areas, specific stains, or fragile items that require special care.
  • Safety Setup: Put on necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and aprons. Place “Wet Floor” or “Cleaning in Progress” signs in visible areas.
  • Equipment Check: Ensure all vacuums, mops, and microfiber cloths are clean and that eco-friendly chemicals are properly diluted.

At Afrimadd, we follow the Top-to-Bottom, Left-to-Right rule to prevent dust and debris from falling onto already-cleaned surfaces.


High-Level Cleaning


Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, and air conditioning vents.
Remove cobwebs from corners.


Mid-Level Cleaning


Surface Disinfection: Wipe down desks, tables, and countertops using the “S-pattern” wipe technique to avoid cross-contamination.
Detailing: Clean light switches, door handles, and window sills—these are high-touch points.
Glass & Mirrors: Use a streak-free glass cleaner for a polished finish.

Low-Level Cleaning


Includes emptying all waste bins and replacing liners.

Kitchen/Breakrooms: Clean the exterior of appliances, degrease stovetops, and sanitize sinks.

The Team Lead performs a walkthrough to ensure no spots were missed and all furniture is returned to its original position.

This is followed by removing all cleaning equipment and safety signs once the floor is completely dry.

Once we are done, we give our clients the honour of doing the final inspection, correct any arising issue before officially handing over.
